Black Bean and Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Roasted red pepper makes these creamy black beans taste sweeter and deeper than an ordinary bean dip. Leave a little texture in the blend, then brighten it with lime at the end.

Notes

  • Roasted Peppers: Freshly roasted peppers provide noticeably more flavor than jarred peppers, but either will work in a pinch.

  • Serving Suggestions: Spread on sandwiches, stuff into wraps, spoon onto tacos, serve with pita chips, crackers, fresh vegetables, or alongside Homemade Hummus.
