Creamy Corn & Macaroni Casserole
Sweet corn melts into the sauce around tender shells while cheddar browns at the bubbling edges. A little pepper and onion keep this creamy bake from feeling one-note.

- Creamed Corn: The creamed corn gives the casserole its soft creamy consistency and slightly sweet flavor.
- Vegetables: Sautéing the onion and green pepper first keeps the flavor mellow and balanced.
- Topping: Extra cheddar or crushed buttery crackers make an especially crisp golden topping.
