Vegan Ranch Dressing

Silken tofu gives this ranch the creamy body of a rich dressing without weighing it down. The herbs keep it cool and fresh enough for another dunk of a crunchy carrot.

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  2. Add the Seasonings: Add the granulated onion, granulated garlic, basil, parsley, thyme, black pepper, and kosher salt. Blend again until everything is fully incorporated.2 tsp granulated onion, 2 tsp granulated garlic, 2 tsp basil, 1 tbsp parsley, ¼ tsp thyme, 1 tsp black pepper, ½ tsp kosher salt
  3. Adjust the Consistency: If you prefer a thinner dressing, blend in a little additional soy milk, one tablespoon at a time.soy milk as needed
  4. Chill: Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the herbs to hydrate and the flavors to develop.
  5. Serve: Stir well before serving.

Notes

  • Let It Rest: Ranch tastes noticeably better after chilling because the dried herbs have time to fully hydrate.
  • Consistency: Add more soy milk for a pourable salad dressing or leave it thicker for dipping.
  • Storage: Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
  • Serving Suggestions: Serve with Vegetarian Quinoa Bean Burgers, BBQ Blackened Tofu, Crispy Soba Noodles, fresh vegetables, salads, wraps, sandwiches, or roasted potatoes.
