Whipped Peanut Butter Butter
The peanut butter goes into already fluffy butter so the finished spread stays airy rather than heavy. Honey gives it a soft sweetness, especially welcome on a warm slice of banana bread.

Notes
- Use Softened Butter: The butter should be soft enough to whip but not melted. Melted butter will not hold the same fluffy texture.
- Peanut Butter: A creamy no-stir peanut butter gives the smoothest and most stable texture. Natural peanut butter can work, but it needs to be stirred very well first.
- Powdered Sugar: A small amount keeps the butter smooth and helps balance the peanut butter without making it overly sweet.
- Texture Option: Leave the roasted peanuts out for a smooth pancake butter, or fold them in for a little crunch.
- Storage: Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months.
- Serving Suggestions: Serve with Oatmeal Cookie Pancakes, Peanut Butter and Jelly Pancakes, Banana Cream Pancakes, Classic Buttermilk-Style Pancakes, toast, waffles, biscuits, banana bread, or warm oatmeal.
