Betty’s Tex-Mex Dip is built in colorful layers, with creamy avocado and a taco-seasoned sour cream and mayonnaise layer between jalapeño bean dip and fresh toppings. Assemble it ahead, chill it well, and set it out with sturdy tortilla chips for ball games or casual gatherings.
