Blueberry Cobbler

The berries turn thick and jammy under soft spoonfuls of golden cobbler topping. Lemon keeps their sweetness bright as the filling bubbles at the edges.

This Blueberry Cobbler is warm, jammy, and topped with soft buttery spoonfuls of golden crust baked right over sweet blueberries! Simple to make and especially good served warm from the oven, it’s the kind of classic fruit dessert that feels right at home at summer dinners, holidays, and family gatherings.

Granny’s Kitchen Notes

From Betty Lou Gardner

I like when the blueberries bubble up through the topping while it bakes because it makes the cobbler look more homemade. Sometimes I use frozen berries when fresh ones are expensive, and nobody seems to complain once it comes out warm from the oven.
