Build the Base:
Blend the vegan mayonnaise, tofu, soy milk, and vinegar until smooth.

Silken tofu gives this ranch the creamy body of a rich dressing without weighing it down. The herbs keep it cool and fresh enough for another dunk of a crunchy carrot.
Everybody has their favorite ranch dressing, and this is the one I keep coming back to. The silken tofu makes it incredibly creamy without feeling heavy, while the herbs keep it tasting fresh instead of overly rich. I usually make a batch for salads, but it almost always ends up next to roasted vegetables, fries, wraps, sandwiches, and anything else that could use a good dipping sauce.

Blend the vegan mayonnaise, tofu, soy milk, and vinegar until smooth.

Blend in the herbs and spices.

Thin with additional soy milk if needed.
Refrigerate before serving.
